Liverpool House(2012)

Liverpool House(2012)

Project completed and copied in 2021, with elevations also prepared in 2021

I started to conceive this project in 2012, directly in AutoCad, without a previous sketch. The inspiration was also the vestibule of Linhares Mansion, from the soap opera Rosa Selvagem, which defined the distribution of the main rooms on the ground floor. That same year, I ended up abandoning the project. Initially, my intention was to propose four suites, but, upon resuming and completing the project, I decided to propose three suites and two more bedrooms. Its ornamentation is directly linked to French classicism. Without abandoning the refinement of my architecture, this house is sober and elegant.

Area = 504,03 m² | Garage with 2 parking spaces | Living, Dining and TV Rooms | Library | W.C. | 5 Bedrooms | 3 Suites | Linen Room | Barbecue Hall | Pool |
